There’s Still Hope

Victory Life Christian Center is a program of Buena Park Foursquare. Located in California, Victory Life begin back in 1994 started by our founder Pastor Ruben Reyna. Pastor Ruben begin to take young men involved in gangs and drug abuse into his home. He begin to teach, feed, clothe, and began to mentor these young men into productive members of society. In turn these young men began to reach out to other young men in similar situations. Soon the program grew from Pastor Ruben’s home into four homes of men and women.

 Today in the program there is approximately fifty women and one hundred men dealing with issues such as homelessness, gangs, drugs, crime, and alcohol abuse. Victory Life, for many, is a last resort for those deemed incorrigible menaces to themselves and society. Through the teaching of Gods word we have seen men and women’s live changed from “useless to useful.”

Today many former drug addicts, alcoholics, spousal abusers, at risk, adjudicated, and those suffering from depression have graduated from Victory Life and gone on to become community leaders, pastors, evangelists, foreign missionaries, as well as great fathers and husbands.
